Ringholder (WelDig AB) with organizational number 559283-0094 is handling purchases taking place on Ringholder.se. For information regarding how your personal data is handled - please refer to the regulations about GDPR paragraph 10.
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK). The total cost of the purchase will be clearly stated before final order placement and includes all costs associated with the purchase including any shipping costs. Please note that additional costs (customs duties) may apply that we do not account for such as any possible costs/taxes that might occur when you pick up your package in your local country.
Usually the item is shipped from us no later than 1 business day after the order has been received. If your product is not in stock despite placing your order we will notify you promptly about it via the email that you registered your order with.

Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.
If there is an error on Ringholder, you should, within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us (by e-mail) of the error. We will then inform you on how to proceed.
6. Limitiaion of liability
We don’t recommend wearing your ring on Ringholder in the situations when the necklace not is taught around your neck such as swimming or sleeping. Due to external factors Ringholder do not take any responsibility for any loss of jewellery.
7. Option to return & exchange right
At Ringholder.se, 30 days of open purchase and exchange rights apply after you receive your item (we do not refund SALE orders). The return must be unused and in unbroken labels/tags. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping and cost. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your request. All returns are refunded using the same payment method used in your purchase. We do not return the shipping cost.

8. Customs duties
In the case of international deliveries, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These are only determined when the parcel arrives at local customs in the country to which the parcel was sent. Ringholder cannot predict or control these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra customs clearance fees if/when they apply.
We require payment for the item before it is shipped from us.
10. Personal data & GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and manage your personal data and location. We store the information that is necessary to complete the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information should be corrected, limited or removed, which we do to the extent possible under the applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).
